KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• MBA degree from a top tier Business School
• Minimum of 5 years experience in management consulting
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
• Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience leading teams
• Proficiency in English and Spanish. Other languages may be a plus
• Flexibility to accommodate client travel requirements
